The £20 charge that was made to your card was for the Annual Service Fee on your alarm|SIM CARD which you registered with us. The sim card will be installed in your intruder alarm control panel to allow the alarm to send SMS, make calls and connect to the internet via an always on data connection to allow for smartphone access to your alarm. We always email you at least working 3 days before the collection is to be made to confirm the collection date and amount. If you did not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder.


Once the payment has been collected, we will email you to confirm it was successfully processed.
