My alarm panel does not call me when activated

If you use your alarm to call you when the panel is activated, please check the following:


  • Have you registered the alarm|SIM CARD. If not please register here
  • Is the correct number programmed into the panel - if no, correct the number (you may need your alarm installer to assist you with this).
  • Has your SecuPlace or CommPact panel been set up with the 'SMS Follow Me' as the account type.
  • Have you set up a direct debit / credit card so we can collect money from your bank account to add credit to your account - if no, please Submit a Ticket so we can assist you in setting up a payment method.
