Why am I paying alarm|SIM CARD for my RISCO Cloud service?

As an alarm|SIM CARD customer we may have provided you with support with your alarm panel or you have provided the identity of your alarm panel to allow us to provide future support.


As such, we are registered with the RISCO Cloud service as your point of contact and, as the point of contact, we are required to collect the fees due for the use of the RISCO Cloud service.
