Whilst the equipment is designed to be simple to use and operate, the SecuPlace and iConnect alarm systems have over 1250 different settings and parameters. Checking or changing these in the event of a problem can be very time consuming and tiresome.
Our support team have a detailed knowledge of the Risco Cloud service as well in-depth knowledge and experience with the SecuPlace and iConnect systems. Where you pay your Risco Cloud Service fee through us, we are able to provide a range of services:
- Diagnose faults, issues and errors remotely
- Advise of the best course of action to remedy faults and make changes as required
- Assist in changing settings to meet your personal circumstances
- Undertake services on your system including Health Check and Post Installation Checks
- Assist in setting up additional users on your Risco Cloud Service account
We can resolve or advise on all issues remotely through our support service and provide some of the quickest response times in the industry through our team who are available 8am to 10pm 365 days a year.
In contrast without access to the Risco Cloud Service, if you have a problem you need to call an engineer who may charge up to £150 to visit your home to establish faults or issues with your system. In addition to the cost, it will involve your time in waiting for an engineer and taking time off work for the visit.
