We no longer offer direct debit as a payment method due to the delay between requesting money from a bank account and the monies being collected (up to 4 business days). We are therefore pleased to now offer payment of fees and charges via credit or debit card. To switch from direct debit to credit card billing, simply create a new ticket and we'll provide you with the required details.
