I have been billed £2 for additional SMS on PLAN10+ why ?

Our PLAN10+ includes data and 10 SMS per month. Where a panel uses more than 10 SMS per month, we always drop you an email and advise of the usage and an extra 10 SMS bundle is added to the account at a cost of £2. 

We generally find that where a panel is sending high volumes of SMS it is because of a programming or installation issue which is causing false alarms.  If you are using the MyElas app on your phone, you can receive the same notifications that you get via SMS, but through the app and if you would like any more details on MyElas or your alarm, simply drop us a ticket and we'll be delighted to help.
