If you wish to change the registered debit / credit card that is used for your fees / prepay credit:


1. If you have received an email from us confirming a payment after 1st June 2018, you can use the button in the email (shown below) to access your billing history and update the card on your account.


In your email click ->


Then click Update Card ->




2. Alternatively, visit the Account section on our website at https://alarmsimcard.co.uk/account.html enter your billing email address and last four digits of your current payment card and we'll email you a secure link to update your card.


For security, we are unable to update card details in any other way.
