I have previously had a data connection and been able to access iRisco....


Your panel may have dropped the data connection. Please restart the panel as follows:


1. Press tick and enter the Master Code (1234 By default) and go to number 7 Servicing

2. Scroll down to menu item 14 which is System Reset 

3. Press tick. 


This will reboot the panel but won't change any of your settings. Give the panel a few minutes and try to log in again.


If after trying a panel reboot, your panel is still showing as being offline, please submit a ticket and let us know the FIRST 6 DIGITS of your SIM serial number (the 19 digit code on printed on your SIM card and SIM card holder) so we can we can provide detailed settings for your panel to check.
