The wifi connection relies on a number parts to ensure your panel can connect to internet. Please work through the list below to reconnect your panel to the wifi.


  1. Check your phone line has a dial tone - if OK, move on….
  2. Check you can access the internet through another device (i.e. via a laptop or tablet) - if OK, move on….
  3. Restart your router - wait 5 minutes and check again you can access the internet as per 2 above - if OK, move on….
  4. Check the wifi code has not changed since you set up the alarm panel - if OK, move on….
  5. Restart your alarm panel:
    1. Press tick and enter the Master Code (1234 By default) and go to number 7 Servicing
    2. Scroll down to menu item 14 which is System Reset 
    3. Press tick.
