The alarm|SIM CARD works on a pre-pay basis so credit is added to the SIM card and then this enables your alarm panel to connect to the mobile network and connect to data, make calls and send SMS.

As your panel consumes data, sends SMS or makes calls, the cost of these is deducted from your pre-pay credit balance. When your account balance falls below £5 we automatically collect money from your payment source and this is then added to your account to ensure that your SIM never runs out of credit, this is called our Automatic Account Top Up Service.

Note: An always on data connection is required to allow you to control your alarm via the web or smartphone.
