I am moving house, how do I transfer the alarm|SIM CARD to the new owners ?

If you are moving house and would like the new owners to take over the sim account to ensure continuation of service, simply create a new ticket and let us know the email address and name of the new owners and confirmation that you wish to transfer the sim account to them.


We will contact the new owners to arrange they set up a payment method and remove you and your payment method from the account.
